Can I edit my entries after submitting CDA form?
No, you cannot edit your entries once the CDA from has been submitted. After your submission, your account gets charged the processing fee and the CDA Form is sent to the Escrow officer at the Title Company. If changes need to be made, please contact the Escrow Officer at the Title Company.
Does the CDA Form get sent to anyone?
Yes, the CDA Form is sent via email automatically to you, the agent. It also is sent to the Escrow Officer at the Title Company for disbursements outlined in the CDA Form. If you need to send to others, just forward your email to whoever needs the document.
